Ciné – Giornate di Cinema, held in Riccione from 2 to 5 July 2024, is a key date for the Italian film industry. It presents previews of forthcoming releases from the major distributors to an audience of professionals, alongside conferences, panels, awards and cultural events open to the public, and a trade area with exhibition stands and briefing sessions. This year again, organisation and accreditation were handled through MeetMe, the in-house software for complete management of events, mailings, questionnaires and surveys by smartphone and web.
MeetMe handles invitations and confirmations through built-in CRM features, makes on-site registration straightforward, and produces detailed statistics on accreditation and attendance. The platform supports RFID and barcode badges, with hands-free RFID gates, pedestal terminals and handheld readers.
Accreditation used QR codes sent with the invitation and scanned at the doors with wireless readers, together with UHF wristbands.
