Infordata Sistemi is proud to announce its participation in TASC RestoreMed (Technical Assistance and Support to Communities of actors for the Mediterranean basin), a flagship initiative under the EU Mission Ocean “Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030.”
Launched in September 2025, the four-year project brings together ten partners from nine countries with a shared ambition: to scale innovative solutions, restore waters, and transform the Mediterranean into a cleaner, more resilient, and sustainable region.
The kick-off meeting, held in Crete and hosted by the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR), marked the official start of the project. Partners gathered to align vision, strategy, and community action, setting the foundation for collaboration across science, technology, and policy.

TASC RestoreMed aims to accelerate the transition towards a sustainable blue economy through:
- Financial and technical assistance to community-led initiatives
- Capacity building and policy integration
- Access to innovative digital tools such as the RestoreMed TOOLS platform and the Ocean Digital Twin
At the heart of the project lies the Blue Doughnut model, inspired by Kate Raworth’s Doughnut Economics, integrating ecological boundaries and social foundations to ensure both environmental regeneration and community well-being.
As a technology partner, Infordata will contribute its expertise in digital innovation and data-driven solutions, supporting the development of tools and platforms that will help stakeholders design, implement, and monitor impactful blue economy initiatives.
Together with its partners, Infordata is committed to supporting a resilient, inclusive, and regenerative Mediterranean future.
