Infordata presents the TASC-RestoreMed project at the University of Padova

During the opening session of the European Policies, Projects and Funding short specialisation degree at the University of Padova, Infordata had the opportunity to showcase the TASC-RESTOREMED project to an audience of professionals, institutional representatives and participants specialising in EU project design.

Representing Infordata, Marko Petelin delivered an in-depth presentation of the project’s goals, innovative aspects and operational challenges. He also offered participants an updated overview of the EU funding landscape and upcoming call opportunities, highlighting the strategic relevance of initiatives like TASC-RESTOREMED in shaping the future of European research and innovation.

The session also featured Riccardo Ribera d’Alcalá, Former Director General of the European Parliament’s Directorate-General for Internal Policies, who introduced the EU’s new funding strategy. Representatives from the Municipality of Padova and the Veneto Region attended as well, demonstrating strong local engagement with impactful EU-funded initiatives.

The presentation took place within the framework of the University of Padova’s European Policies, Projects and Funding specialisation programme, which provides an advanced introduction to the EU’s policy and funding ecosystem. Combining legal, historical, political and economic perspectives, the course equips participants with both analytical and practical tools to navigate EU financing—from European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) to programmes managed directly by the European Commission—while also offering modules on EU project management methods and techniques.
