We are excited to announce the launch of the ReBuilt Digital Portal, developed by Infordata as part of the Interreg Central Europe ReBuilt Project. This innovative digital platform is a major step forward in supporting the transition to a circular economy in the construction and demolition sector.
The ReBuilt Digital Portal has been designed with one goal in mind: to help construction professionals, recyclers, waste operators, and regulators turn waste into value—while staying fully aligned with the EU’s upcoming circular economy regulations.

🌍 Key Features of the ReBuilt Digital Portal
✅ Manage and trace materials throughout the entire lifecycle—from demolition to reuse
✅ Generate, sign, and share Digital Product Passports (DPPs) in accordance with the upcoming EU EcoDesign Directive (2027)
✅ Ensure trusted and secure data exchange through integration with the Gaia-X Trust Framework
✅ Automatically publish products and DPP data on the CinderOSS marketplace of ZAG, promoting transparent and efficient reuse
✅ Seamlessly integrate with BIM tools and recycling workflows, enhancing productivity and regulatory compliance
By offering these capabilities in a single platform, ReBuilt empowers all actors in the construction value chain to prepare for the EU 2027 requirements, reduce waste, cut costs, and demonstrate leadership in sustainability.
“The future of construction is circular. With ReBuilt, we’re not just keeping up with EU regulations—we’re shaping a smarter, more sustainable industry across Europe.”
📑 What’s a Digital Product Passport (DPP)?
Digital Product Passports will become mandatory in the EU starting in 2027. The ReBuilt Portal is already ahead of the curve, enabling companies to:
- Create machine-readable, QR-accessible passports
- Ensure full traceability of materials from demolition to reuse
- Leverage trusted data sharing through Gaia-X
🔄 From Demolition Site to Marketplace
Thanks to direct integration with CinderOSS (cindeross.cinderela.eu), products and materials—along with their DPPs—are automatically published for certified reuse, allowing:
- Buyers and regulators easy access to trusted material data
- More efficient secondary raw materials trade
- Enhanced market transparency
✅ Validated in Slovenia – Ready for Europe
Successfully tested and validated in Slovenia, the ReBuilt Digital Portal is now ready to scale across Europe, empowering companies to not only comply with regulations but also thrive in the circular construction economy.
