Through 2022 Infordata Sistemi stepped up its work on internal skills, with particular attention to the enabling technologies of the Industry 4.0 paradigm. The company treats continuous training as a strategic matter: it is what keeps innovation, service quality and cooperation between departments working.
Over the period, ten specialist training courses were run, designed to connect business processes to one another and to bring in more advanced digital tools.
Against that investment, Infordata Sistemi qualified for the Training 4.0 tax credit under the Decree of 4 May 2018 and the 2018 Budget Law (L. 205/2017), which govern the scheme.
It confirms the company’s intention to keep investing in its people’s skills, supporting digital transformation and the competitiveness of the area it works in.
