DIRECT PART MARKING

Sometimes when is impossible to apply the tag on the mechanical part and is required a permanent and secure identification of the part the only way to do it is to write directly on the part. For this type of marking there are available various types of equipment using microdot or scribing marking.
Microdot marking: professional equipment for permanent identification by characters and signs pointed out with a series of dots. A hard stylus vibrating at high frequency is electronically controlled in such a way to indent a series of micro dots on the surface of the part thus producing on the characters and designs required. The machines are available in portable, stand alone and for automatic line integration versions.

Scribing marking: professional equipment for permanent identification by continuous line marking. A hard stylus mounting a point with industrial diamond penetrates into the metal and is electronically moved across the surface in such a way to scribe continuous lines forming on the characters and designs required. The machines are available in high depth and high speed marking.
