CETIS d.d., an important Slovenian Service company, needed to mail several millions plastic cards, i.e.: ID cards with PIN code printed in black and medical insurance cards with contact microchip ID systems. CETIS contacted Infordata Sistemi to find a solution. For each type of card we recommended INSERTER PRO SERIES, which can read PIN codes by means of a microchip reader (for contact microchip cards) or a video camera that turns the image of a PIN code into a digital format. After that, the automatic enveloping management software retrieves a file from a database containing all the necessary information to print a covering letter (address, letter content etc.). It then affixes the corresponding card to the letter and proceeds to folding, enveloping and sealing. Inserter Pro Series fully met the needs of CETIS d.d., which now uses five INSERTER PRO SERIES enveloping machines.
